Volunteer in the Fight Against Lung Disease!

The American Lung Association of New England needs you, your time, and your skills to help with programs and special events. We count on volunteers at all levels of our organization to become involved, engaged and impassioned by and for our mission. From helping in a local office with paperwork, to organizing community events and public health promotions, your skills and expertise are vital to our work!  Through innovative education, research, and advocacy, the Lung Association is working hard to fight lung disease today and prevent lung disease tomorrow. Join the oldest voluntary health association and volunteer!

Whether you are a recent retiree looking to fill your time in a meaningful way, a professional looking to give back, or a student who is interested in community service, we will work with you to find a volunteer opportunity that will use your special skills and talents to their fullest extent.

Why Volunteer?

People volunteer for many reasons. Some want to:

  • Give back to their community
  • Meet new people
  • Learn new skills for school and career development
  • Feel good and have fun!
